"Decent site, just a little clunky"
I found the Mwave website okay for looking up parts, and you can usually find what you need without too much trouble. Some pages did feel a bit slow though, and the filters can get annoying when you’re trying to narrow things down. Checkout was clear enough, so that part was fine. Overall, I’d say it’s not bad, but you do wish the whole thing felt a bit smoother.

Grabbed a few PC parts from mwave.com.au. Packaging was solid. Plenty of padding in the box, nothing rattling around, no dents, no broken bits. Took a minute to fight through all the tape though. A lot of tape. Still, I’d rather that than parts turning up loose. Outer box had a few scuffs, so not totally perfect, but everything inside was safe. Happy overall

"I ordered from mwave and the tracking..."
I ordered from mwave and the tracking was a bit of a nightmare. It didn’t update for what felt like a few days, then suddenly changed, but still didn’t really show where the parcel actually was. Support didn’t help much either, just left me with roughly the same amount of info. I kept checking it myself and still had no real idea when it was going to show up. Frustrating overall, and I probably won’t be ordering again.

"They do have a good range..."
They do have a good range, and I was able to find most of what I needed. A few things were out of stock though, which was a bit frustrating. It’s still decent, but it does make me trust them a little less when I can’t count on the basics being there...

"Support got it sorted fast"
I had a small issue and contacted support, and they fixed it way quicker than I expected. I’m not even totally sure what the problem was, but since it’s working now, I’m happy. Really helpful overall.

"Faulty part, painfully slow return"
Got sent a faulty part, which was annoying enough, but sorting the return felt like pulling teeth. Support did respond eventually, but I had to keep chasing them like they couldn’t manage the basics on their own. It wasn’t a total disaster, just a irritating experience that should’ve been handled much quicker

"Decent store, but the shipping feels a bit unfair"
I ordered from Mwave and the item itself was totally fine, no complaints there. The process was smooth too. But the shipping cost felt a bit excessive for what I bought, and it’s hard not to feel like that’s a little unfair to customers. I’d probably use them again, but I do think they should be more reasonable with postage.

"Helpful support and a smooth order overall"
I had a question about a part before placing my order, so I reached out to customer service. It did take a little while to hear back, but the person who replied was genuinely helpful and explained things clearly, which made me feel more confident about ordering. After that, everything went through without any issues. Overall, a good experience and I’d be comfortable using Mwave again.

"I’ve bought from Mwave before and the service..."
I’ve bought from Mwave before and the service was fine, no real complaints there. But lately I’ve noticed their prices are often a bit higher than other Aussie retailers, which makes it hard to justify buying from them. Even when they have sales on, the savings usually aren’t enough to make me jump on it. I still check their site when I’m comparing parts, but most of the time I end up going with whichever store is cheaper

"Felt Misled by the Stock Status"
The item showed as available when I placed my order, so I figured everything was good. Then after ordering, I found out it was suddenly out of stock. it felt misleading and wasted my time. They really need to do a better job keeping the product availability accurate.

I had to send something back and thought the refund might take forever, but it came through quickly. It wasn’t instant or anything, but still faster than I’d prepared myself for... so yeah, happy with it. I’d probably order from them again.

"Arrived faster than I thought"
I was kind of expecting the usual back-and-forth and waiting around, so I was relieved when my order showed up quicker than expected. The only annoying part was the tracking, which didn’t update very well and left me checking it more than I wanted to. Still, I’m just glad it got here without having to chase anyone down.

"Got the wrong item"
They sent me the wrong item, which was frustrating right away. I reached out to support thinking it would be a quick fix... but it took way longer than expected to get a response. Not the worst experience ever, I guess, but definitely annoying.

I had to return a part to Mwave and, to be fair, it did get sorted in the end. The process itself was easy to follow, but the replies were slow and I had to follow up once to get things moving. My main gripe was that it felt like there was no real human contact at any point, just waiting around for messages and updates. Not a terrible experience, just more frustrating and slower than I expected.

"Warranty process was easy"
Had a faulty part and had to go through warranty with mwave. It took a little while, but they got it sorted without too much back and forth. Compared to some other places I’ve dealt with, it was... yeah, painless overall. Happy enough with how it turned out

I ordered online and picked it up from Mwave. The item was ready, which was good, but the wait at the pickup counter took a bit longer than I expected. It also felt a little unorganised there, haha. Staff were fine and the product was all good, just wasn’t the smoothest pickup experience
